Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are generally considered final.
However, customer satisfaction remains important to us.
Eligible Issues
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your package arrived damaged during shipping.
- Your order is missing an item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have:
- Been opened
- Been used
- Been improperly stored
- Been altered after delivery
Resolution
If an issue is approved after review, UnicornsPeppers may provide one of the following at its discretion:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund
